Bill was my mentor while at the health department. I don't think I would be where I am today without his support and guidance. I have never know a harder working dedicated man in my life. We weathered many horrible storms together on the Finger Lakes and Catskill Resivoirs. Had great conversations while on the road for so many tedious miles. He was an inspiration to me an anybody that met him. I wish you calm waters Bill. Will miss you.
